Kula village is an online marketplace where one can find multicultural products that arouse a sense of connecting with oneself while also exploring other beautiful heritages. We are an all-embracing, vibrant community; where we develop rich content that will showcase global cultures through expert interviews, blogs, vlogs and other media. Read more about us here

What products do you carry and where are they from?

You will find heritage products from across the world. We curate across categories, from jewelry to home decor and from kids books to gifts. We love small businesses and support entrepreneurs who live here in the US. This makes the products relatable to us and also ships in a jiffy!

We are an all-inclusive platform, this means you will find a wide range of products that represent different cultures. You may not walk into a store that you are unfamiliar with, but here you are open to explore other cultures.

By buying from us, you support dreams of small businesses. We hand pick our sellers who all follow fair trade policies and are genuinely interested in showcasing their culture.

Our sellers provide a Price Match guarantee – so if you find any of their products at a lower price than here, we will match the better price given the terms are the same.

  • Seller prepares your order and ships it to you

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Each of our sellers are individual entrepreneurs who work very hard to bring value to you. It may not always be possible to offer free shipping. However, some products may have Free shipping as part of their shipping policy. Please make sure to read through the shipping policy of each product.

Where is my order coming from? How long will it take to reach me?

Can I return my product?

Each seller has their own return policy. Please make sure to read the product description page in detail.

What is your refund policy? And can I cancel my order?

We try our best to ensure good quality and the best value for your buck. Each product has its own return policy mentioned in the respective product page. If there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not arrive in an usable condition, we may be able to help you out.

Some products may not be eligible for any returns and this would be specified in the product description. Please ensure to read through the respective policy on the particular product page. Please do reach out if you have any questions

What is your policy during COVID?

We have launched during COVID and all our sellers will ensure to take utmost care to keep you safe. Once the product is handed over to the carrier, it passes multiple hands to reach you. Please take personal precautions to ensure you receive the package and clean all packaging before use. Please place the order and receive the package as per your own discretion.

Will my shipping be delivered on time?

While our sellers will do their best to fulfill the orders based on their mentioned time frame, delivery times could be affected during COVID. If you are unable to track your order or have not received it, please write to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you out
